Sea trial. Lumut.

Hello Semangat Lestari, & goodbye to Sony.

18th Feb 2013. My first outstation to Lumut. We had to service an engine at the Perikanan Jetty. Tagged along with my senior companion, Nedik. Btw, I've known him for years & years, so it wasn't awkward at all going with just him. :D

Went off to sea trial and experieced the best 59 knots ever! Now that's equivalent to 109km/hr. Yep, all is good.

For a day time wedding.

I attended a wedding yesterday. Kema & Faris'. It was daytime so i opted for a simple kurung with simple makeup but good enough to make my eyes stand out.

I used Urban Decay Smoked palette for my eyes; Freestyle, Kinky & Rockstar. A bit of bronzer for the cheeks & finish it off with a MAC lipstick. :)

The kurung was tailored with beading for only rm100

Family vacay.

After serving 2 months' notice in Sony, & before venturing into a different field of work, mom decides on a family vacay. Singapore.

What we did:

1) On budget airline, Jetstar, we arrived Singapore approx 12.30pm. Dropped our stuffs at the hotel and had a 5 hour walk along Orchard Rd. The ice-cream potong was the best part. Flavour: durian. And then dinner at the famous Zam-zam on Arab St.

2) Head off to USS early, 9am. Had breakfast there & waited for the gates to open at 10am. Tip: Don't stop too long for pictures when you enter, best is you get all the rides done and take pics later. Queued for transformer only 15mins coz we were some of the earliest, after transformers, the line was already up till the entrance. Phew! The day goes on till 7pm. And dinner at Newton! Seafood. :))

3) Since it's the last day, we decided to just chill arnd Orchard. Had lovely brunch at Medz'. Lovely place, a must try in Orchard Central. Head back to KL by 7pm. Family,love,life. Nothing gets better than this. :)
