30th Jan 2013 marks my last day here in Sony. The whole day i was busy packing, settling things with HR & IT, also introducing my junior who will be replacing me to production members. It was such a hectic day. I even went to the dentist just to claim the rm200 benifit Sony gives for dental. I know, what last minute timing. Anyway, if i could do the 30th Jan all over again, i would just love to stay at my office, & mingle arnd with my colleagues. Just talk & talk with each & everyone that i care and will be missed.
Leaving Sony.
Just thinking abt it makes me all teared up. I miss them. I really really miss them. This is even tougher than being dumped. The thing about Sony video is that we are all in one family. Imagine approx 100 engineers can just walk around the office, and smile at each & every block there is for a small chat or just a simple 'hi'.
My days in Sony.
I've been in Sony for a year & half, i can't imagine those who hv been there 7 yrs, 15 yrs, even 20+ yrs. How difficult it would be to leave such an amazing company of these brilliant minds. I cried. Indeed i did. My eyes were heavy with tears when my bosses gave me a farewell speech. "I like how Nadiah works, how detail she does her job." and "Never have I once said your design is perfect, I always ask u to improve & improve but now i tell you, your uppercase design is PERFECT." :') it made me the happiest person alive.
So now when i look back again, these Japanese advisors appreciates each & every effort you put into. Only they don't say it. They're not bad, not bad at all.. :)
And as for my colleagues, or maybe my closest friends in Sony, mecha members, Kak Wani, Azran, Syidi, Hadi, Izzul, Nazrul, Faisal, Tan, Fujisawa & Idzam... These amazing people are the people i will miss the most. In fact, I'm missing them already. Such different people, & yet each of them are unique, with the craziest characters! Never have i had a day in Sony without laughter. I miss them & I really hope they miss me too. :')
So thanks to Sony.
For giving me this opportunity, for giving me the strength, for giving me such wonderful experience, & for giving me an amzing 1 1/2 years of happy memories. You guys will never be replaced. A spot have been reserved in my heart especially for all of u. And please forgive me for my wrong doings, my anger moments which might hurt anyone of u as it was never my intention to do so.
Even though we are physically apart, remember that our friendship still remains and forever it will be burried safely in my heart. :')
